Responsibilities

  • Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Provide timely feedback and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in recruitment events and networking activities to promote the company and attract talent.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the IT tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and relevant skill sets (e.g., software development, data science, engineering).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for recruiting.
