About the position

The Technical Recruiter I position at Aston Carter is focused on sourcing and managing candidates for internship roles within a leading eCommerce company. This hybrid role in Seattle will transition to full onsite by 2025, emphasizing collaboration with students and interns while handling various recruitment tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Generating and reviewing candidate applications.
  • Monitoring candidate responses within inbox.
  • Processing offers and onboarding tasks.
  • Participating in team meetings and stand-ups.
  • Working with students and interns.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment field.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Comfortable with high-volume recruitment.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Degree preferred.
