The Technical Recruiter at Reyes Holdings plays a crucial role in supporting technical recruitment across all business units. In this role, the recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT, Security, and Data Engineering professionals to meet both current and future staffing needs. A proactive, data-driven approach to recruitment is essential, ensuring that attention to detail is maintained and that all stakeholders and candidates have positive experiences throughout the process. Collaboration with hiring managers and HR is key to understanding position requirements and aligning them with the recruitment process. The recruiter will assess candidates' technical skills to determine their suitability for specific roles and will utilize data-informed decision-making throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Additionally, the Technical Recruiter will need to employ creative problem-solving skills to address challenges such as sourcing hurdles or candidate objections. Staying informed about industry trends and emerging Talent Acquisition strategies is vital for success in this role. The recruiter will also be expected to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function, refining processes and identifying opportunities to enhance the recruitment lifecycle.
