About the position

The Technical Recruiter position in the pharmaceutical industry is a remote role focused on sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various technical roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide insights on market trends, while also maintaining candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various recruiting platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates for technical roles within the pharma industry.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through proactive networking and relationship building.
  • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and organizational needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive salary benchmarks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and the company, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring processes in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate reports and metrics to track recruiting performance and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in the pharmaceutical industry and recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential candidate sources and competitive positioning.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions, such as scientists, engineers, regulatory affairs professionals, and IT specialists.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations, and job functions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
