We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our light industrial and manufacturing team in North Billerica, MA. This role involves recruiting candidates for various positions within the manufacturing sector, focusing on building relationships and generating leads to support the sales team. The position offers a guaranteed first-year salary with uncapped commissions, making it an attractive opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the recruitment field.

Responsibilities

• Calling, texting, and emailing potential candidates to screen for qualifications.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Building relationships, obtaining referrals, and maintaining rapport with associates.
• Exploring new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist in growing candidate pools.
• Generating leads and referrals to assist the sales team.
• Actively participating in all team meetings and sharing ideas and concepts.
• Ensuring all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed, including E-verify and I9's for all new hires, as well as drug tests and background checks when required.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but experience in manufacturing or machine operating is preferred.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
