About the position

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for contract and direct roles within the Manufacturing industry. This role involves collaborating with sales staff to understand client needs, networking with candidates, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the recruitment process. The position is onsite and offers a competitive salary along with commission and various benefits.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers.
• Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and contacting candidates through various job sites.
• Conduct heavy phone work to screen candidates for positions nationwide.
• Seek, interview, assess, reference check, and place contract employees that meet client requirements.
• Build a sales prospect pool through careful applicant research and networking.
• Communicate with account managers regarding specific job orders and candidate submissions.
• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
• Work closely with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
• Play an active role in developing goals for new recruiters through leadership and guidance.
• Ensure all hiring paperwork is completed thoroughly and required screening protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-2 Years' Recruiting Experience
• Experience sourcing resumes on job platforms like Monster, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
• Strong phone skills with the ability to make 50+ calls a day
• Motivated to earn money and willing to put in extra hours
