About the position

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our light industrial and manufacturing team in North Billerica, MA. This role is focused on sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the manufacturing sector. The recruiter will work onsite and is expected to build relationships with potential candidates while actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to enhance recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Calling, texting, and emailing potential candidates to screen for qualifications.
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Building relationships, obtaining referrals, and maintaining rapport with associates.
• Exploring new recruiting sources, job boards, and forums to assist in growing candidate pools.
• Generating leads and referrals to assist the sales team.
• Actively participating in all team meetings and sharing ideas and concepts.
• Ensuring all hiring paperwork is filled out thoroughly and all required screening protocols are completed, including E-verify and I9's for all new hires, as well as drug tests and background checks when required.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but experience in manufacturing or machine operating is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective candidate engagement.

• Recent college graduates with relevant coursework or internships.
