About the position

The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in the Talent team by identifying and attracting exceptional candidates who align with the company's values and mission. This position involves managing the entire candidate process, from generating a pipeline to ensuring a high offer acceptance rate, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive hiring environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, engineering, and leadership to understand their teams and hiring needs.
  • Make hiring recommendations and support recruitment events.
  • Build strategies to attract and hire exceptional talent.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting process.
  • Track pipeline data and provide updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
  • Maintain a successful offer acceptance rate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally.
  • Demonstrated success in disciplined execution and attention to detail.
  • Ability to foster relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Passion for the company's mission and values.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Technical recruiting experience in AI or Robotics.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly Lever ATS.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI sourcing tools.
  • Experience in a startup environment with adaptability to change.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience for software and hardware roles.
