About the position

IBSS Corporation is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source, attract, engage, and hire top technical talent in the fields of Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Information Assurance, and AI. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensuring a best-in-class recruitment experience for candidates. The recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, while building and maintaining candidate pipelines for critical positions.

Responsibilities

  • Support TA projects to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience to candidates.
  • Serve as a business partner to hiring managers across all business divisions to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Develop effective relationships within the organization and the hiring community to influence and impact the recruiting process to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and execute current job descriptions.
  • Optimize full utilization and features of the JobDiva (ATS) system.
  • Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnel.
  • Manage own full life cycle recruitment (source, prescreen, schedule, background, references, offer, onboarding, etc.).
  • Complete the hiring process within defined metrics.
  • Responsible for the full life cycle sourcing and recruiting the best talent for IBSS and its related business entities.
  • Headhunt and assertively identify and screen passive candidates.
  • Build continuous pipeline networks across multiple talent profiles such as Information Security Engineers, Incident Response Engineers, Security Specialists, IAM Engineers, Senior Security Engineers, Senior Network Engineers, and Cloud Platform experts.
  • Utilize technical recruiting strategies and techniques to ensure that service delivery is met.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand Talent Acquisition needs.
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill, critical positions.
  • Deliver on Service Level Agreements/Metrics for assigned job postings/requisitions.
  • Interview and screen candidates for opportunities, ensuring that candidates fit company culture.
  • Cold call candidates and build rapport.
  • Identify applicants who meet the position requirements and submit to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Coordinate in the selection of the final candidates.
  • Negotiate salary ensuring that candidates fit within position budget.
  • Partner with Hiring Manager delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ensure that IBSS applicant tracking system (ATS) is documented, maintained and completed.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and video interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting in a high-performing, fast-paced environment for Cyber or Information technology professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with full lifecycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) - JobDiva desired.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and project management skills.
  • Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize workload and multiple tasks/projects.
  • Self-driven and internally motivated with strong discipline skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of federal agencies and government contracting.
  • Proficiency with the Google Suite and Office products.
  • Familiarity with ATS, specifically JobDiva.
