About the position

As a Technical Recruiter at Aledade, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Technology & Engineering teams. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and attract top talent to support our growth. This position requires you to develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy that encompasses the entire recruiting life cycle for Technology and Product positions. You will conduct candidate interviews to ensure they meet position requirements, develop best practices for interview guidelines, promote our company brand and total rewards package, and target passive sourcing to grow our talent pipelines with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. Additionally, you will provide compensation recommendations for offers, collaborate with hiring managers and business leads to create effective sourcing and closing strategies, and serve as a trusted talent advisor by building a deep understanding of the business and role requirements. In this role, you will also support various projects across the Talent Acquisition team, prepare and deliver updates to internal teams, and identify areas for process improvement. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment will be crucial as you manage high-volume recruitment efforts and work independently with minimal oversight. Responsibilities

  • Own the entire recruiting life cycle for Technology and Product positions.
  • Conduct candidate interviews to qualify them within position requirements.
  • Develop best practices with interview guidelines.
  • Promote company brand and total rewards package.
  • Target passive sourcing and grow talent pipelines with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Provide compensation recommendations for offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leads to develop and manage sourcing and closing strategies.
  • Serve as a talent advisor, building a deep understanding of the business and role requirements.
  • Support projects across the Talent Acquisition team and prepare updates for internal teams.
  • Identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience at a rapidly growing company, preferably within agency recruitment or the tech/healthtech industries.
  • 3+ years of experience sourcing and vetting passive Software Engineering, ML/AI, and Cyber Security talent.
  • Strong and creative sourcing skills within the technology industry to attract passive talent.
  • Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process from start to end.
  • Deep understanding of interviewing best practices.
  • Experience using one or more applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
