About the position

The Sr. Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment of highly skilled candidates to support the job growth needs of a fast-paced start-up environment in San Francisco. This role requires a results-driven individual who can effectively source and manage candidates for various technical roles, ensuring a high-quality recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in full life cycle recruitment for technical roles.
  • Generate a pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing techniques.
  • Organize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Communicate and present research findings to senior management.
  • Maintain familiarity with various visas and immigration policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in in-house recruitment for software engineering talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational behavior, business administration, or equivalent experience.
