Responsibilities

• Owning the hiring process from sourcing to closing on a variety of roles, focusing on product and engineering roles.
• Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and adapting to the changing needs of the business.
• Proactively sourcing potential candidates via various hiring platforms and crafting personalized, targeted outreach.
• Conducting talent research including market mapping, compensation data, and candidate trends.
• Acting as a brand ambassador for LiveFlow, ensuring a stellar candidate experience from the first interaction.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of in-house recruiting experience.
• A relentless drive to reach goals and a high work ethic.
• Energized by finding the perfect candidate for the roles you’re working on.
• Desire to learn how a talent function scales alongside business growth.
• Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box when it comes to finding great talent.
