About the position

We are currently hiring an Executive Recruiter for our Information Technology team at Madison-Davis, a leading executive search and temporary staffing firm specializing in financial services and technology. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, engaging, and submitting exceptional talent for both full-time and consulting positions within the IT domain. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating the interview process, addressing any client or candidate concerns, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for all parties involved. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they remain engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process. You will maintain consistent communication with candidates, offering support before and after interviews, and conducting comprehensive reference checks to ensure the best fit for our clients. Additionally, you will lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements that meet both client and candidate expectations. Your ability to understand the nuances of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends will be vital in identifying the right talent for our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Source, engage and submit exceptional talent to full-time and consulting positions
  • Facilitate the interview process and address any client/candidate concerns, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience
  • Foster strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring they are engaged and informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the entire process, offering support both before and after interviews
  • Conduct comprehensive reference checks
  • Lead negotiations on salary and terms, securing successful placements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an agency IT Recruiter
  • Staffing firm experience
  • Executive placements in Data, Software, Cyber and Infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends
  • Technical recruiting experience of at least 2 years
  • Must be internally motivated and driven to succeed
  • Account Management skills are a plus
  • Strong sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient in analytical thinking and effective problem-solving
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
