The successful candidate will monitor and work to reduce recruitment costs while providing insights to improve and streamline recruitment processes. Compliance with labor legislation is crucial, and the candidate will be responsible for implementing necessary changes to keep the recruitment process compliant with current laws. The position also involves managing the recruitment of managerial to executive-level positions, proactively sourcing candidates from various channels, including the internet and competitors, to fill hard-to-fill roles. Participation in global staffing initiatives as a country or regional representative is also expected. The candidate will be regarded as a technical expert in their field, demonstrating in-depth expertise and broad knowledge across other disciplines within the function. They will anticipate business and regulatory issues, recommending improvements to products, processes, or services as needed. Leadership skills are essential, as the candidate will lead projects that carry notable risk and complexity, developing strategies for successful project execution. Problem-solving abilities are critical, as the role requires addressing unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business, necessitating innovative thinking to develop effective solutions. The candidate will also have a significant impact on the direction and resource allocation for programs, projects, or services, working within general functional policies and industry guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region, including its description and measurement definitions.
  • Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and source.
  • Explore market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate practices in the organization.
  • Build quality relationships with internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes, and associations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 7 - 10 years of work experience in recruitment or related fields.
  • Regarded as a technical expert in recruitment and staffing processes.
  • Demonstrates in-depth expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function.
