About the position

The Technical Recruiter position is a temporary role with the potential for full-time conversion, focusing on enhancing the Talent Acquisition team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and guiding candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience while meeting the company's diversity and hiring goals. This role requires collaboration with various teams to understand hiring needs and to implement effective recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, engineering, and leadership to understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, supporting events, and building strategies to hire amazing people.
• Ensure a phenomenal experience for everyone involved in recruiting, especially candidates.
• Ensuring highly inclusive recruiting practices that meet diversity goals.
• Tracking pipeline data and providing relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
• Manage the entire candidate process from generating a pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in AI or Robotics.
• Excellent communication skills to represent the company professionally.
• Demonstrated success in disciplined execution and detail-oriented work.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly Lever ATS.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other AI sourcing tools.
• Experience in a startup environment with adaptability to changing needs.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience for software and hardware roles.
