About the position

The Technical Recruiter will join the Talent Acquisition team at SHIELD AI in a temp-to-hire capacity, focusing on recruiting exceptional candidates for various roles within the company. This position aims to make an immediate impact by effectively managing the entire candidate process, from generating a pipeline to ensuring a high offer acceptance rate. The recruiter will work closely with business, engineering, and leadership teams to understand hiring needs and implement inclusive recruiting practices that align with the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, engineering, and leadership to understand their teams and hiring needs while making hiring recommendations.
  • Support recruiting events and build strategies to hire exceptional talent.
  • Ensure a phenomenal experience for all candidates involved in the recruiting process.
  • Implement highly inclusive recruiting practices that meet diversity goals.
  • Track pipeline data and provide relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
  • Manage the entire candidate process, from generating a pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in AI or Robotics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated success in disciplined execution and detail-oriented work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Lever ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience for software and hardware roles.
  • Experience in a startup environment with proven adaptability.
