Join us as a Technical Recruiter (Temp) at Iodine Software, where we are making a direct impact in healthcare through innovative clinical AI technology. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our corporate and technical recruiting efforts, contributing to the growth of our Talent Acquisition function. Iodine is an enterprise AI company that is revolutionizing how value is created for healthcare professionals and organizations by automating complex clinical tasks and generating actionable insights. Our advanced clinical machine-learning engine, Cognitive ML, continuously analyzes patient records to provide real-time, predictive insights that enhance care delivery management. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, from assessing hiring needs to onboarding new employees. You will partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their unique business needs and ideal candidate profiles. By immersing yourself in our business, product, and culture, you will create tailored talent acquisition strategies for various roles, utilizing innovative sourcing tools to build long-term candidate relationships and pipelines. As a brand ambassador for Iodine, you will also create engaging online content to promote our success and strengthen our employment brand. Tracking and reporting success metrics will be essential to inform strategic talent planning and ensure we attract top candidates across functional areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting from needs assessment through new employee onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand unique business needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Create a specialized talent acquisition strategy for each role, including sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing.
  • Utilize appropriate sourcing tools to build long-term candidate relationships and pipelines.
  • Serve as brand ambassador for Iodine, creating online content and collateral to share our success story and strengthen our employment brand.
  • Track and report success metrics to inform strategic talent planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for a technology company (SaaS and healthcare preferred).
  • Proven ability to build trust and foster strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Client service mentality with a desire to influence client satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Deep expertise with direct sourcing tools and strategies.
  • Successful track record of managing multiple, competing priorities while consistently exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organization skills.
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with a high level of personal ownership.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work.
