About the position

We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to support the US Network Services business for Tech Mahindra Network Services International. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in telecom, wireless, and IT. This role will focus on our Telco Cloud and Core Network roles, as well as include IT roles. The position can be remote, providing flexibility in work location. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of all positions that fall under the Network Services Group. This includes, but is not limited to, roles in 5G Core, Cloud, IT, Testing, Software Development, RAN, SDN/NFV, Network Engineering, and Transport & Systems Engineering. Given the fast-paced and high-volume nature of this recruiting environment, we are seeking someone with recent success in a similar setting. Key responsibilities include managing an average requisition load of 20-30 requirements, engaging in candidate sourcing and strategy, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers. The recruiter will work collaboratively within a team environment, acting as an internal delivery center. Regular updates on recruiting progress and issues will be provided to the Recruiting Director and Engineering Management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential, as is the ability to develop strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners. Additionally, the recruiter will be involved in various special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit a full req load averaging 20-30 requirements
  • Candidate sourcing, engagement, strategy, interview scheduling, and negotiations on offers
  • Work well in a team environment as an internal delivery center
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to Recruiting Director and Engineering Management on recruiting progress and issues
  • Utilize strong experience with ATS
  • Develop strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners
  • Work on a variety of special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Proven track record of strategic and tactical recruiting in telecommunications/cloud industry
  • 5+ years' minimum experience with Telecom/IT Recruiting, including agency/corporate experience with sourcing and full life cycle
  • Experience with 5G/4G LTE preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Familiarity with immigration rules and visa processing
  • Experience supporting large scale Vendor Management Tools preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and selling skills
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • Confident, responsible, mature, and organized
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
  • Strong sourcing experience and network of industry contacts for passive candidates and referrals
  • Ability to identify new recruiting channels, partners, vendors, etc.
