About the position

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Super Systems Inc. This role is crucial for our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier professionals in the information technology sector. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Review resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for technical positions.
  • Manage the interview, selection, and hiring process from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client or organizational requirements.
  • Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Proactively source, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Clearly communicate job requirements, expectations, and opportunities to candidates.
  • Maintain professional and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and candidates are managed efficiently.
  • Utilize a wide range of sourcing strategies, including traditional and modern approaches, to find and engage top tech talent.
  • Stay updated on new tools and techniques for recruiting technical professionals.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry and various technical roles.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in IT recruitment is preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with a variety of sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and niche tech platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of DoD contracts and security clearance processes is a plus.
  • DoD Contract Experience (Preferred): Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and understanding the specific security clearance requirements is a plus.
