As a Technical Recruiter at Tekshapers, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our embedded software and automotive sectors. This position is based in Novi, MI, and requires a strong background in technical recruiting, particularly within the automotive industry. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. Your expertise in embedded software will be essential in understanding the specific needs of our clients and ensuring that we attract the right candidates for these specialized roles. In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Your ability to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit will be critical in making successful placements. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress. This is a long-term contract position that offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week, primarily during standard business hours, and the role is 100% onsite in Novi, MI. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically in technical recruiting.
  • Strong background in automotive recruitment, with at least 10 years of experience in the field.
  • Experience in recruiting for embedded software positions, with a minimum of 10 years in this area.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle and work collaboratively with hiring managers.
