The Recruiter is a result-oriented and self-motivated individual responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening professional applicants for a variety of skills sets related to both technical and non-technical jobs. This role requires close collaboration with the Account Management and Relationship Management teams to identify and present qualified candidates for a multitude of clients and industries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a clear ability to communicate and negotiate with a wide variety of business professionals. In this position, you will enjoy socializing with professionals across various specialized industries and will need to be a self-motivated and energetic individual who can adapt to a competitive, results-oriented environment. Problem-solving is a key aspect of this role, including developing responses to candidate and/or client objections. You will operate as a self-starter, encouraging consistent communication with cross-functional teammates and will be accountable for leading the resolution of complicated problems as they arise. A keen attention to detail and a strong belief in your ability to improve and perfect processes are essential traits for success in this role.
