About the position

The Technical Recruiter at Bluestaq is a full-time role focused on managing the full-cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment. This position is crucial for refining the talent acquisition strategy, collaborating with leadership, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter will handle everything from initial screenings to onboarding, while also maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and crafting engaging job descriptions.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with other recruiters and leadership to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Provide regular status updates to candidates and internal teams.
  • Draft precise and error-free job offers, managing the offer process from creation to acceptance.
  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient data management and reporting.
  • Craft engaging and accurate job descriptions that attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain a high level of contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status and interview process.
  • Provide updated information to leadership on the interview process status.
  • Communicate important employment information during the delivery of employment offers.
  • Facilitate a positive on-site experience for candidates.
  • Manage application/resume files according to company policy and ensure compliance with recruitment laws.
  • Ensure timely candidate feedback and conduct follow-up calls or surveys to enhance the candidate experience.
  • Drive the recruitment process proactively, ensuring timely decision-making.
  • Document and communicate interactions, outreach, and interview results effectively.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or a related HR role.
  • Ability to efficiently manage a high requisition load.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of requisition management, candidate recordkeeping, and compliance matters related to recruitment and hiring practices.
  • Proven use of data and analytics to drive decisions.
  • Self-starter with a passion for recruiting and flexibility.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish operational goals.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple schedules and project timelines efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and familiarity with recruitment software.
  • Proficient in conducting phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, leadership, and team members.
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and developing effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with technical roles and industry terminology is highly desirable.
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
