We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support multiple business practices within the Public Sector space across different geographies. The Technical Recruiter will identify, qualify, submit, and pipeline qualified candidates to fulfill external client opportunities, both technical and non-technical. This position will be full-time and remote. The role requires a motivated individual who is ready to take us to the next level, possessing strong relationship-building skills and experience in recruiting technical talent. In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process, which includes initial screening calls, technical screenings, virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams, compensation negotiation, resume formatting, client submission, interview coordination, and offer acceptance. You will maintain a candidate pipeline based on primary skills, existing clients, and potential new business, ensuring that you partner effectively with the sales and delivery teams to understand each requirement and pitch candidates accordingly. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying candidates through various sources, including job boards, social media, referral networks, and networking, as well as through passive outreach. You will negotiate compensation packages that fall within an established budget and maintain accurate records within our internal database, providing transparency in the form of status updates to management. Throughout the onboarding process and duration of assignment, you will maintain relationships with candidates and keep abreast of current market availability, market rates, and trends.
