About the position

mroads is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support their Data & Technology team in Plano, TX. This hybrid role involves both in-office and remote work, focusing on full cycle recruiting for technical positions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing and recruiting for technology roles, particularly in data and technology sectors, and will be responsible for managing candidate pipelines and ensuring compliance with recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full cycle recruiting for technical positions in the Data & Technology team, managing an average requisition load of 15-20 opportunities.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and campaigns, including proactive sourcing and promoting the employee referral program.
  • Understand internal talent and anticipate future hiring needs based on skill gaps.
  • Develop a deep understanding of departmental functions and key responsibilities for each position.
  • Guide candidates through the recruiting process, including technical preemployment assessments and immigration intakes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
  • Provide recommendations to improve the recruiting process and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical, full cycle recruiting experience, particularly for Data and Technology roles.
  • 2+ years of recruiting technical talent with knowledge of immigration regulations.
  • Proficiency in proactive sourcing techniques using tools like Seek Out, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Xray.
  • Experience with technical preemployment assessments such as Code Signal and Hacker Rank.
  • Strong relationship management skills with hiring teams and candidates.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience using Workday Recruit and Phenom People CRM.
