About the position

The Technical Recruiter will play a vital role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent for a rapidly growing fintech company. This position involves full life cycle recruiting for the Engineering organization, collaborating closely with hiring leaders to understand technical role requirements and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Full life cycle recruiting for the Engineering organization from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering hiring leaders to understand technical role requirements.
  • Manage ambiguity and handle multiple tasks in parallel while identifying trends and solving them proactively.
  • Build excellent relationships with hiring managers and consult on best techniques for attracting and evaluating candidates.
  • Drive offer processes including extending offers, negotiations, and generating offer letters.
  • Maintain data integrity and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize data analytics to improve processes and drive operational efficiencies in recruiting.
  • Utilize sourcing tools and conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role with an emphasis on Technology (Software Engineering, AI/ML, Mobile, IT, Tech Ops).
  • Experience recruiting for Product Management or Data Science roles is a plus.
  • Proven track record in contributing to process improvements and using data to draw insights.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal storytelling skills.
  • Ability to influence at various levels in an organization based on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to identify, manage, and engage with exceptional candidates in high-growth environments.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience managing applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Passion for using quantitative data to guide decisions and report progress.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience recruiting for Product Management or Data Science roles.
