The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in hiring top talent for a dynamic, Series E company. This position focuses on ensuring a smooth and efficient talent acquisition process, primarily for technical roles, while also providing support for non-technical roles as needed. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire top talent for mostly technical roles with additional support in non-technical roles as needed
• Negotiate compensation and control the hiring process
• Source and engage top talent

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience
• At least 1 year of experience in tech recruiting
• At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Experience with Google Workspace
