About the position

Sprig is seeking a Technical Recruiter to play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and supporting potential candidates for various technical roles within the company. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advocating for candidates throughout the recruitment process. The recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining recruitment pipelines and improving processes to enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates for technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate strengths.
• Advocate for candidates, supporting them in their decision-making process.
• Monitor and maintain the health of recruitment pipelines, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize internal systems to generate reports on recruitment metrics and performance.
• Seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing full lifecycle recruitment for technical roles.
• 2+ years of experience in an early-stage startup environment.
• Experience with sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Hired.
• Project management skills to handle multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Data-driven approach to analyze and improve recruitment efficacy.
