About the position

BeaconFire Corporation is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their team in East Windsor, NJ. This full-time position involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. The recruiter will also manage candidate communications and facilitate the onboarding process, while maintaining a strong presence in the technical community.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and review job descriptions.
• Assist in developing and revising job specifications and descriptions.
• Identify effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
• Enhance candidate pool by reaching out to new recruiting sources and developing branding channels.
• Draft and post recruitment advertisements in effective media.
• Identify and assess candidates' qualifications through resumes and interviews.
• Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers.
• Maintain contact with candidates regarding their application status and manage correspondence.
• Coordinate with HR and IT departments to complete the onboarding process.
• Create and maintain a presence in the technical community and marketplace.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving work results and strategies.
• Attend job fairs and industry conferences, representing the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years of related experience in HR.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills for professional interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving.
