The recruiter will also be responsible for generating leads through professional relationships and candidate interactions, which will support business development and sales efforts. Utilizing Bullhorn, the recruiter will log all activities, notes, and vital information necessary for managing and growing their book of business, as well as planning daily activities. Collaboration with teammates is essential, as the recruiter will work to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across different lines of business and national practices as appropriate. The role requires a strong focus on customer and candidate relationships, ensuring that solutions are customer-centric. The recruiter must be results-oriented, consistently achieving goals even in challenging circumstances.
