The recruiter will work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the recruitment process and serve as a brand ambassador for Guidehouse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full life cycle recruiting for managing consulting roles in various industries including Financial Services, Healthcare, and Defense.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to understand their business and talent needs.
• Develop and implement recruiting and sourcing strategies tailored to each client or assigned search.
• Utilize Guidehouse's network to maximize employee referrals and generate a diverse slate of candidates.
• Ensure candidates are assessed through Guidehouse's Candidate Selection Interview Framework and monitor quality of hire.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, representing Guidehouse with professionalism.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similarly structured recruiting role.
• Experience in recruiting for technical roles in the Financial Services, Healthcare, or Defense industries.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in federal government consulting talent acquisition or staffing agency environment.
• Ability to network and source candidates using various technology platforms.
• Analytical with advanced problem-solving skills.
• Workday Recruiting ATS experience.
