In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with candidates and establishing a pipeline of qualified resources. You will conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions with our clients, primarily focusing on relationship-driven accounts that provide solid feedback. Additionally, you will perform thorough reference checks, negotiate pay rates, and interact with clients during meetings. You will also collaborate with our compliance team, which handles onboarding, allowing you to concentrate on recruiting and building your candidate pipeline. Responsibilities

  • Leverage experience to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and social media platforms.
  • Build relationships with top candidates and establish a pipeline of qualified resources.
  • Conduct personal interviews via phone, video, and in-person meetings to qualify candidates for open positions.
  • Perform thorough reference checks on candidates.
  • Negotiate pay rates with candidates.
  • Interact with clients and attend client meetings to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to streamline the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience.
  • Proven track record in recruiting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong desire to generate client tips and new business for the sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
