Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college in a related business field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Strong writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
