About the position
We are looking for a technical recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talent for our projects. As a technical recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for various technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and teams to understand their needs and expectations, creating and posting job ads on relevant platforms and networks, building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates and nurturing relationships with them, providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, negotiating and extending offers to selected candidates, and keeping track of hiring metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
