About the position

The Technical Recruiter at Onebridge is responsible for attracting and hiring exceptional talent in the fields of data management, integration, business intelligence, and analytics. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies, all while fostering a diverse and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Foster positive candidate interactions by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Review recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within consulting or technology sectors.
• Expertise in industry-leading recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, SeekOut) and search techniques (Boolean Search, Reverse Search).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of data, AI, and related technologies to effectively assess candidates' qualifications.
