This full-time position is designed for individuals with over three years of experience in technical recruitment, who are proficient in utilizing job platforms such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates are presented to our clients. You will be expected to screen and interview candidates, assess their technical skills, and conduct thorough background and reference checks. Additionally, you will negotiate salaries and prepare candidates for interviews, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent themselves effectively. Staying current with industry trends is essential, as you will need to evaluate candidates using contemporary standards and metrics. Networking with potential candidates will also be a key part of your role, as you work to enhance our brand and attract top talent to the organization. Excellent verbal, creative, and written communication skills are vital for success in this position, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of candidates and clients. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your time effectively while contributing to the growth and success of Prospect Infosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Over 3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment
  • Proficient with job platforms like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
  • Recruit candidates for both junior and senior-level IT specialist roles and non-IT roles for in-house positions and client needs
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure that only the most qualified individuals are presented to clients
  • Stay current with industry trends to evaluate candidates using contemporary standards and metrics
  • Network with potential candidates to enhance our brand and attract top talent
  • Exhibit excellent verbal, creative, and written communication skills
  • Manage the full cycle of the technical recruitment process, including headhunting, sourcing, prescreening, preparing candidates for interviews, assessing technical skills, conducting background and reference checks, and negotiating salaries

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Proficient with job platforms like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
