About the position

The Technical Recruiter at Kaleidoscope is responsible for developing onsite resource business and managing client relationships to support topline revenue. This role involves recruiting, account management, and new business development, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. The recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to present services, respond to proposals, and onboard new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain an ongoing database of possible candidates for all relevant categories.
  • Lead all aspects of recruiting and placement to ensure success and partner with HR where needed.
  • Manage account relationships to ensure client satisfaction and account retention.
  • Conduct secondary research to become knowledgeable about relevant categories, products, or companies.
  • Provide professional client service to internal and external clients.
  • Foster a positive environment of teamwork and effectively interface with various teams.
  • Serve as the client's voice in internal team meetings.
  • Partner with HR to successfully onboard new hires/onsite placements.
  • Respond to RFP/Qs and assist with Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Develop processes and systems to manage the K'Source business.
  • Work closely with executives and Business Development staff to initiate relationships with targeted companies.
  • Proactively lead account development within assigned clients and develop strategies to meet revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Account Management experience in a creative services environment.
  • Experience in new business development across various business sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding new business development targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Professional presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of creative services industry trends.
