About the position

The Technical Recruiter at Robert Half is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for technical positions within the company. This role focuses on attracting, evaluating, and securing top-quality talent, including data engineers and software engineers, while collaborating with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of open roles. The recruiter will leverage various platforms and maintain a robust network to ensure a successful hiring strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Steering full cycle recruitment procedures, from sourcing and interviewing potential candidates to finalizing employment offers
  • Mapping out comprehensive recruitment strategies and plans to attract top-tier technical talent
  • Leveraging various platforms, such as ADP, Workday, and job board sites, in the talent search process
  • Building a robust network through job boards, executive search agencies, personal referrals, and other channels
  • Conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating technical assessments, and providing suitable feedback to candidates
  • Facilitating contractual agreements between the candidate and the company
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specifics of the open roles and required skills
  • Keeping up-to-date on industry trends and issues that could impact the company's hiring strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferable within an IT company
  • Exceptional knowledge of recruiting aspects specific to the technology industry
  • Familiarity with recruiting software and platforms, ideally ADP and Workday
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective conversation with potential hires from diverse technical backgrounds
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
  • Success-driven and ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and internal teams
  • Previous experience in assessing candidates' soft skills, technical abilities, and presentation
