• Oversee the recruitment process for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing their expectations.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the industry sector you're working in (Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or Energy).
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to foster a network of opportunities.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance recruitment processes and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience or a strong inclination towards sales, quotas, or goal achievement.
