About the position

The Technical Recruiter at SparkCognition will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment across various business lines, including Engineering, DevOps, and FrontEnd. This role involves engaging with potential candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Explore diverse avenues to discover and engage with potential candidates, utilizing online job boards, social media platforms, networking opportunities, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and assistance to both candidates and interviewers throughout the process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and assist in developing effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Support the management of candidate pipelines and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
  • Assist in extending job offers and contribute to negotiations on compensation packages with selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring they are kept informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS-Greenhouse) and other recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • 5-6 years experience in recruitment, sourcing and interview scheduling.
