About the position

As a Technical Recruiter at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS), you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professional and technical positions. This role involves close collaboration with hiring teams to effectively meet staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your primary goal will be to build a strong technical talent pipeline and hire skilled employees for various positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full lifecycle of recruitment and hiring activities including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process from req creation, intake calls, sourcing/screening, interviewing, and closing on offers.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to maintain a positive relationship throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct and/or facilitate panel interviews as needed.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  • Develop and track goals/metrics for the recruiting and hiring process for the business you manage.
  • Analyze recruiting data and metrics and generate ideas for process improvement.
  • Promote and represent MPS at various recruitment events and in the community.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in technical and professional recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced engineering environment preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
  • Takes initiative, proactive with strong follow-through and client service in mind.
  • Self-motivated, driven, go-getter and self-sufficient.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and flexibility.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously as well as manage changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ability to work with confidential information on a regular basis.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Experience using ATS Workday and/or ADP desirable.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
