About the position

MORSE Corp is an innovative, employee-owned tech company located in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA, specializing in solving multi-disciplinary problems faced by the US National Security Ecosystem. Our specially selected team of engineers, software developers, and scientists develop algorithms, software integrated prototypes, and solutions for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Manned and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Mission Planning, and Situational Awareness. We are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on all aspects of recruiting for our growing, diverse, and highly talented workforce. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening, and facilitating the recruiting process for high-caliber engineering requisitions across a broad set of technical domains. These domains include software engineering, data science, machine learning/AI, human factors, and aerospace. You will also play a key role in developing and optimizing MORSE's recruiting strategy, which encompasses skill-need discovery, sourcing methods, employer branding, university/student engagement, and screening techniques. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying talent needs in collaboration with hiring managers across our teams and programs. You will utilize outbound sourcing strategies to find talented candidates ranging from co-op to executive level, own the full cycle recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding, and find creative ways to establish the MORSE employer brand to attract top talent. Integrating the MORSE values into all aspects of the recruiting process is essential to ensure a cohesive and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers across our teams and programs to identify talent needs and suitable candidates
  • Utilize outbound sourcing strategies to find talented candidates from co-op to executive level
  • Own the full cycle recruiting process from initial contract (sourcing or application) to onboarding
  • Find creative ways to establish the MORSE employer brand and attract talent
  • Integrate the MORSE values into all aspects of the recruiting process

Requirements

  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
  • 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting, either corporate or agency
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience using modern recruiting and sourcing tools such as job boards, social media, applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), search engines, and other active methods of reaching the widest, most diverse pool of active and passive candidates
  • Demonstrated capability to source top technical talent spanning the range from entry-level to executive
  • Ability to screen candidates and assess technical and corporate fit
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and process management skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships with candidates
