This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing relationships with both active and passive job seekers, as well as collaborating with Business Development Managers to fulfill exciting project and direct-hire positions across various IT domains. The Technology Recruiter will engage with candidates for roles ranging from Help Desk Support and Application Development to Network Engineering and executive positions such as CIOs and CTOs. The responsibilities of the Technology Recruiter include identifying, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for client opportunities, fostering long-term relationships within the IT community, and actively participating in local user groups and networking events. The recruiter will also be responsible for reviewing and understanding technical job requirements, reformatting resumes to meet client expectations, and developing strategies to qualify candidates through various tools and networks. Negotiating pay rates with consultants based on position requirements and meeting candidates through various communication methods to assess their qualifications are also key aspects of this role. Collaboration is essential, as the Technology Recruiter will work closely with the sales team to drive the delivery strategy for consultants and candidates, while also marketing in-demand skill sets to the sales team.
