Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and recommend candidates for technical roles.
• Manage relationships with third-party agencies and represent the company at job fairs.
• Initiate and coordinate processes for non-U.S. citizens seeking employment eligibility.
• Utilize best practices for talent acquisition to build a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
• In-depth knowledge of effective recruiting methods for technical roles.
• Familiarity with various work visas, including H1Bs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
