We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support multiple business practices within the Public Sector space across different geographies. The Technical Recruiter will identify, qualify, submit, and pipeline qualified candidates to fulfill external client opportunities, both technical and non-technical. This position will be full-time and remote. The role requires managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process, which includes initial screening calls, technical screenings, virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams, compensation negotiation, resume formatting, client submission, interview coordination, and offer acceptance. The recruiter will maintain a candidate pipeline based on primary skills, existing clients, and potential new business, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various roles. In addition to candidate management, the Technical Recruiter will partner with the sales and delivery teams to ensure a thorough understanding of each requirement and effectively pitch candidates. Building and maintaining relationships is crucial, as the recruiter will act as an advisor to the business for client strategy, outcomes, and immediate/long-term demands. The recruiter will identify candidates through various sources, including job boards, social media, referral networks, and networking, with a focus on passive outreach to secure top talent. Negotiating compensation packages within an established budget is also a key responsibility, along with maintaining accurate records within the internal database and providing transparency in the form of status updates to management. The Technical Recruiter will also maintain relationships with candidates throughout the onboarding process and the duration of their assignments, ensuring a positive experience. Staying informed about current market availability, market rates, and trends is essential for success in this role, as it allows the recruiter to provide valuable insights to both candidates and the business.
