This position is a 6-month contract with potential extensions, offering a hybrid work environment with 1-2 days in the office in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
• Implement succession planning strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential candidates.
• Write job descriptions and post on relevant platforms.
• Attend networking events to build candidate pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for Machine Learning, AI, Infrastructure, and Software testing roles.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
