Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute new business opportunities, create target hot lists & leads, and consistently connect with prospects
  • Cold calls, email, social sites, networking, collaborating and interfacing within many levels of organizations with key contacts
  • Meet, exceed, and fulfill client needs and requests in accordance with goals, objectives, and metrics for the role
  • Establish, maintain, and retain client loyalty to earn credibility and business
  • Research market trends and resources to become a consummate industry expert
  • Generate key new business contacts and opportunities, maximizing and capitalizing on them
  • Approach sales activities with excitement and suggest strategic solutions
  • Drive and influence decision makers
  • Connect & communicate effectively, asking for business and delivering results
  • Support GROE values, vision, & mission
  • Make informed business decisions and practices
  • Achieve monthly individual and team-based targeted goals
  • Handle high volume call responsibilities
  • Participate in sales training for career growth and advancement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or 1 year+ professional experience equivalent
  • Strong communication, decision-making, negotiating, influencing, and closing skills
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter
  • Strong CRM and ATS computer skills, with a willingness to learn new programs and software
  • Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to working smart
  • Focused, creative, sales-minded individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
