Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting for Data & Technology (D&T) roles.
• Sourcing, screening, and managing pipelines of technical talent.
• Proactively source candidates using platforms like GitHub, LinkedIn, and others.
• Handle immigration requirements, preemployment assessments, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide exceptional support to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in technical roles.
• Expertise in sourcing using LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean searches, and ATS/CRM tools.
• Familiarity with technical assessments (Code Signal, Hacker Rank, etc.) and immigration processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
