About the position

As a Technical Recruiter at Palantir Technologies, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's future by identifying and attracting top talent. This position involves developing and executing a comprehensive recruiting strategy, managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and navigate complex hiring situations to successfully land high-quality candidates in the right teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates.
• Actively engage talent via leveraging referrals, sourcing new leads, utilizing technology, engaging with external recruiting partners, planning and attending events, and more.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience from the first call through to offer.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience improving a previous employer's diversity recruiting strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs and generate new solutions to recruiting challenges.
• Strong problem solving skills and proven history of building processes from the ground up.
