About the position
The Technical Recruiter at Centre Technologies is responsible for developing strategic staffing approaches to attract qualified talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, managing the recruiting process, and ensuring effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Centre recruiting process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled.
- Review and maintain up-to-date job descriptions.
- Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other communications.
- Screen and source qualified candidates and resumes.
- Coordinate the interview process with the hiring team.
- Gather interview feedback and maintain communication with candidates during the interview process.
- Maintain records of candidates' resumes and profiles for compliance via JazzHR.
- Research attracting candidates, selection, and placement techniques for effective recruiting strategies.
- Conduct reference and background checks on applicants.
- Draft and create job descriptions as needed.
- Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
- 2 years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the recruiting process.
- 2 years or more of Information Technology experience required.
- 2 years of Recruiting Agency experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Experience with an ATS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft, Excel, Outlook).
