About the position

The Technical Recruiter position is designed for an energetic individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who is eager to succeed in the recruitment field. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for technical positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, contributing to the growth of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical positions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and fit for the organization.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including HR sourcing techniques, social media platforms, and job boards to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand specific hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
  • Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively onboarded into the company culture.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance their experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and human resources.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter is a plus but not necessary for the right candidate.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems desired.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and internal recruiting processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Experience in training development related to recruitment processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
